Beth Follini and Ursula Glunk invite you to explore the world of polarity - and learn how you can move past and transcend 'either/or' thinking.

We create workshops which give participants tools and knowledge to transcend either/or thinking and to create from polarities – both for themselves as individuals and for coaching or consulting clients.

Our workshops invite you to dance and play - using an inspiring mix of experiential exercises combined with relevant bits of theory. The workshops will include a range of learning for participans including:

  • what polarities are and how they show up in your life.

  • how you can transcend the ‘either/or’ thinking.

  • how polarity work can be used in coaching with individuals and in consulting with organisations - including practical tools/exercises that you can use.

  • how polarity work links to contemporary theories (e.g. U-Curve, Spiral Dynamics), and philosophical and spiritual traditions (e.g. Buddhism, Quakerism).

The workshop will be coming to London, the Netherlands and Nova Scotia (Canada) in 2010. We shall be posting further details soon. In the meantime, if you would be interested in learning more or finding out how we can work with your organisation/group please contact us at polarity@ticktockcoaching.co.uk

She has been featured in national UK media including The Times and The Observor for her work coaching women who are trying to decide whether to have children or not.
Her passion for polarities comes from a long held commitment to working around diversity and difference – she has engaged on a personal level with holding the tension between opposites. This includes being engaged with conflict resolution work in Israel and Palestine. As a Quaker, she has long been committed to ‘holding the paradox’ of human nature and integrates polarity work along with the co-active model in coaching.
